1. The interaction of Disciplines Construction and Education to develop innovative personnel

National Laboratory, Minister and Provincial Key Laboratory, and “523 Laboratory” provide many opportunities for undergraduate students to practice.
The scientific research items undertaken by tutors and research expenditure offered necessary practical activity and essential experimental facility.
Junior student have the choice to survey and complete an innovative issue with the guidance of tutor, which supplied a massy foundation for their thesis. Senior students will begin their thesis at their fourth year, and about 4 months’ experimental investigation strengthened their quality of experimental research and professional skill.
2. The combination of producing, learning and studying is the new model to train professional
The goal of our college was to train fresh talents, who have excellent characteristics, such as analysis and solving problems independently, foreign language expressive ability and practice ability. And for the different requirements of project and scientific research, the dean can adjust the teaching program in good time and intensify the practical force.
Industrializing scientific achievement as primary principle, the development of practical and experimental base had been strengthened. And the combination of processing, studying and research provided a firm foundation for teaching reformation and improving of teaching quality. The specific measures include building practice base at outside school, reimbursing traveling and living expenses during exercitation. And BASF, Guangdong Shengfang Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., and Tingjiang Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. have set up the practice base.
