夏许寒,博士,助理研究员。1995年3月生,2023年毕业于四川大学,获工学博士学位。2023年7月至今,在四川大学食品工程系从事教学科研工作。以第一/通讯作者在TrAc-Trend. Anal. Chem.、 Chem. Eng. J.、 Anal. Chem.、 ACS Sens. (2篇)、 J. Agr. Food Chem. (2篇)、Food Chem.等期刊发表论文12篇,其中中科院一区TOP论文11篇,被引450余次,ESI高被引论文2篇;获授权专利3项;参编英文专著1部,中文专著1部。担任《Biosensors and Bioelectronics》、 《Journal of Hazardous Materials》、 《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、 《Food Chemistry》等期刊审稿人。
